You will help Crescent grow by onboarding, interviewing, and supporting its first 1000+ users. In the short term, you'll be helping us develop our most important customer base. 🙌 What you'll do

Help implement the product-side of Crescent's launch strategy: personalized onboardings, customer interviews, and community building with our first users.
Work with our engineering and product team to troubleshoot user issues, find and file bugs, and improve our internal operations processes.
